Ms Renner is based mainly in Freetown Sierra Leone, and has been working in Gara making and selling for over 20 years.

Alongside her textiles work she also endeavours in teaching the trade to others. Specifically to young and vulnerable women also based in the city as a potential means of trade and livelihood options.
Outside of her textiles work, Renner is also an experiences farmer, growing crops and vegetation in her plots surrounding her residential areas.
