2.3.3 Custom or personalised orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started.

3.1.1 Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1-5 business days.
3.1.2 Made-to-order/custom pieces require 1-2 weeks for production before dispatch.
3.2 International Shipping & Customs
3.2.1 We offer worldwide shipping.
3.2.2 International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
3.3 Tracking & Lost Packages
